  From Victor's amazing and imaginative design, through the whole careful build with the unobtrusive team led by the capable Luke, Stuart's magical lighting and water feature, David's wonderful planting and Rebecca's updates throughout the whole process we have been so impressed with everyone at Oakleigh Manor.   We are delighted with the work we had done by Oakleigh Manor on the entrance area and driveway for to our house. Victor listened to our ideas and then came up with some great designs. Stuart and his team (esp. Josh) did all the landscaping and electrics, David and team chose lovely plants and planted them all beautifully. The whole project was well planned, delivered as expected and we were kept updated by Rebecca from the office. We will definitely use Oakleigh Manor again for any future garden landscaping and would recommend them for their professionalism and experience.

  After having a full garden design by Oakleigh Manor I found the whole process wonderful from start to finish. Keeping the whole process in house, from the design, costings and project managing, and then the planting as well!! I never had to worry that there would be any hidden costs that I was going to be hit with!! The whole team were so professional at all times, and i felt they listened and helped me to achieve my dream garden while still talking me through any changes that needed to be made to keep with-in my budget. The horticultural team were such a lovely finish to the process as well, giving the final touches to the garden, talking me through the best plants for my garden. I chose to start a maintenance contract with the team to make sure the plants are given the best care as they grow into my garden. After such an amazing experience I wish I could give Oakleigh Manor more than 5 stars!! **********

  Fantastic experience. Incredible job. Landscape gardening and a beautiful swimming pool in our garden-Cannot rave about this company enough. The attention to detail and looking after us so well from start to finish. Victor the amazing architect, Stuart the amazing owner, the fabulous girls in the office and Rob the most incredible tiler and all the men who worked to make the terraces, decking, paths, planting and wood work incredible. Thank you for transforming our space. Anyone thinking of having work done, come to Surrey and look at what Oakleigh Manor have created. Sensational!!!!!!

  10 out of 10 from us! We chose Oakleigh Manor to design, create and build our new garden/patio area, we are so happy with the service received from start to finish. Oakleigh Manor included all of our special requests and we are loving spending time in our new garden. Everything has been finished to a really high standard, staff were polite and made sure we were happy with every decision. Highly recommend, we will not hesitate to use Oakleigh Manor again in the future.

  I share the poor experience of other customers below, especially Joanne. I too would award no star if that were possible. I read information on the company's site and exchanged emails with Michael Spencer-Wright, the Sales and Marketing Manager. I was aware that with a lawn drainage problem I would indeed need specialist advice so, like Joanne, paid an advance fee in the belief that this would be a really thorough assessment and solution. The company director Stuart Barten arrived at the appointed time and seemed to be thorough, although for £250 I was surprised he did not do any technical survey of the levels involved in the problem. He assured me that he would hunt out the original drawings for the plot, so as to check the existing drainage, because he knew where to go for these. My partner asked him (for confirmation) if he was the one to do this and he said yes because it was easiest for him. After a month I emailed to ask if the report might be on its way. I had a report emailed through the next day, done only that morning and with a final sentence incomplete and inconclusive. There was no reference to the aforementioned drawings. I rang up & Michael investigated the missing ending. He gave me the final sentence conclusion & said that was all that had been missed off. I asked about the drawings and he said that "would have been extra" to supply. I said Stuart had quite definitely said he would obtain them because we double checked at the time. The report appeared rushed as if we had been forgotten until I made contact after the month's wait. I wrote a letter to ask formally about the lack of drawings but had no reply. I wrote again and asked to have it recorded as a formal complaint: again no reply. This is breach of contract because it was a verbal agreement for the Director, Stuart Barten, to obtain the drawings. To add insult to injury I obtained the drawings myself and discovered that the solution Stuart Barten had proposed was based on a complete inaccuracy. He proposed to divert excess water into a "storm drain" already there underneath an existing downpipe. The drawing proved that this was a soakaway and therefore part of the problem as probably blocked; there is no storm drain. Their proposal was founded on a non-existent drain and they wanted over £5,000 to carry out this fantasy remedy. Do not pay this company any fees in advance. They are in breach of contract with me and by the look of it have failed others too.
