I had my claim with them on the first day I was believing that they can help and get my money back from the Thames water insurance company .After couple months I lost trust to them My claim has been handled unprofessionally people who has dealing with this they couldn’t make one simple complaint to the insurance company behalf of me but was more easy for them to just email me that I have to take my claim to ombudsman they don’t respond to me on my massages and they just closed my claim without explanation I was really disappointed and wasted my time with them I wouldn’t recommend them .I make a complaint to the director from Thames water and finally I get my money back and my issue was resolved its was very simple. Sometime we have to trust our self rather to believe someone.

Fantastic service! Great peace of mind. Our insurance brokerage recently started dealing with Oakleafe, and within two weeks they have handled two very large and compliacted claims. Very quickly and efficiently. One particular case was a house fire. Within 90mins of reporting Stuart from Oakleafe was at the clients premises reporting the claim to our clients insurers and arranging alternate accomodation. If you are an insurance brokerage, you should get in touch with Oakleafe. If you are a private individual, you should ask your brokers why they don't deal with Oakleafe already!

Excellent service from Leion , he made everything clear and easy. Following a leak from upstairs flat, he got me a marvellous pay out from the insurance company who tried very hard to palm me off with a derisory amount, he never gave up until the full amount was paid out, I didn’t have to do a thing, he dealt so effectively with their suveyors and persisted . Excellent! Would happily recommend.
