I wanted to write this review following my visit to see Dr Waheed in March 23. The visit was my 2 month old daughters checkup. During the visit, I happened to mention that we were awaiting test results from the Hospital and nobody got back to us. The doctor called the Hospital during the appointment and said he would follow up. He was great when examining my daughter and explained everything very well. He went above and beyond during the appointment and is one in a million. Thank you Dr Waheed.

I have been with this practice for a long time now. Although I can’t fault the doctors, getting an appointment is absolutely impossible. I waited 30 minutes to get to number 3 in the queue just to be cut off! The staff are rude. There is only one receptionist who is excellent the rest are ignorant and uneducated on simple communication skills.

Worst GP ever seen in my lifetime. My wife visited GP for appointment during an emergency situation due to pregnancy. She wants to check her blood pressure. But Hospital denied that and asked her to visit emergency department which is 7 miles away. Medical practitioner should behave humanitarian manner. As things are getting worse we decided to move to India for better treatment and care. We lost belief in nhs.

I'm with this gp for few weeks, my healthy isn't so great at moment and I wanted fast treatment Dr Mir bless her was helpful and she referred me as an urgent for the scans and further investigation. But to make appointments and to see Dr's is so hard. And yes the receptionist aren't friendly especially one of them is like you did something bad to her she's so unfriendly. Please train your staff to be professional.
