The issue with this skatepark is the amount of kids and parents that have no respect and patience for those that actually use this park for skating. There is an etiquette to using a skatepark, look around before dropping in and when you’ve finished your run let the next person go, don’t just drop in again! Toddlers are left aimlessly rolling around on scooters not looking where their going and I’ve lost count the amount of times I’m “at fault” for an unsupervised child that rolls into you. Children stand around on ramps, play football on the ramps and use the them as slides when there is play area literally next door. Come on parents, get your act together and teach your children manners and awareness. And another point, PICK UP UR LITTER there are 5 bins in the skatepark alone, but most people just throw their rubbish on the grass. I just don’t get the mentality, have some respect for these places that are free to use and make them clean safe environments for everyone.
