Absolutely shocking service!!! Me and my partner booked to come here as it was my birthday Unfortunately our childcare fell through at last minute leaving us in a rut of what to do. After multiple phone calls we finally got through to be told nope not allowed and no refund or re book . Not only are we £230 out of pocket my birthday getaway is completely ruined as we cannot afford to splash out on another place . This review would not of happened if your customer service was better and you moved the date for us . It is not our fault this has happened but it is yours for not rearranging something
