I’ve shopped now several times for bigger furniture and small home decor items. Service is just great. I think when you have an issue however small and mine was small (with one piece of furniture), the sign of a good operation and business is how they handle it. First time visiting Oaklands Furniture we came from Birmingham to have a look round. Found the staff to be really friendly and helpful and we ended up placing an order on the same day. Our sofa has arrived 3 days later and we couldn't be happier. Delivery guys were very friendly aswell. I would highly recommend trying here first before any of the big name stores. Thanks for your great customer service skills and making buying a new sofa such an easy and stress free transaction.
