We contacted Oaklands for some advice after finding a lost dog. They were so helpful and made contact with an emergency vet (it was a Sunday) to try and trace the chip after saying we could go to them with the dog. They were really friendly and went out of their way to try and get the dog back to their owner. They clearly love the dogs there and genuinely care. The dog is now also safely back home. Thank you for your help!

We would recommend Oaklands. Over Christmas 2022 was the first time our dog had stayed in kennels and everyone at Oaklands were very attentive and quick to get back to us when we emailed for an update or had any questions. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My dogs stayed here for 5 days in August. No complaints they were cared for well . The staff keep the dogs in the same routine as they have at home e.g feed time exercise which is a bonus. Clean kennels well ventilated and sheltered from the weather. They have a genuine like of the dogs I will be using them again.
