Oakhill Secure Training Centre is listed as a "training provider". But it's a prison for boys if you read about it. Looks like a prison too.

I went for a job interview on the Thursday for a Secure care officer role through a great agency, I was told and led to believe that G4S would deliver me the news as to if i had got the job or not and feedback if i didn't. The agency had kept their end of the deal and got me the interview. G4S had taken more details from me then the agency did, and made me believe they would deliver me the news. Monday came along and heard nothing Had to wait for Tuesday to be told i didn't get the job Had to wait for Wednesday before getting very negative confidence breaking feedback. If a facility designed to look after kids and build their confidence etc can make you feel like that, then it makes you wonder... It's not about what you say but how you say it. I've received feedback on jobs before but normally it is constructive feedback that helps you learn and from the interview . This place just tells you how bad you were. It's not on. I personally feel like the G4S training and interview staff have let me down here and broke my confidence.
