People halfway down the road from me had their fence done by these people, I'm not enjoying their loud music as they work. And cigarette smoke might be theirs too. Having to keep my windows shut on a sunny day as I work from home, I can still hear the music through my double glazing though. I don't play my music when I'm in the office working because it would disturb others. Same should apply to these workers. There are shift workers trying to sleep round here and people like me who get really affected by noise.
