WHAT A LOVELY PLACE WITH POLITE CURTEOUS STAFF. Purchased a large hanging basket and a brick with plants in for a friend and the lovely Gentleman dig up a Fern for me. I live in Cambridge but only have major Garden centres . This experience was 100% better Thank you but this is the n ut only have

Quaint, small nursery with helpful and knowledgable staff - just the kind of place we should all be using. The vegetable and flower plants I bought were very reasonably priced - I'd been to B&Q a few weeks earlier and they were far more expensive. I learned a few things from a worker there, had a few more things confirmed. Helpful and attentive, personable chap. Will definately be using again.

Selling “seasoned logs” that haven’t been seasoned ! The owner charged me £80 for a bag of “Seasoned” logs how ever when it comes to burning them none of them burn meaning they haven’t been seasoned, Iv also had them moisture tested and they are full of moisture also proving there not seasoned. Iv tried to contact them quite a few times about this now and surprise surprise they don’t want to reply ! Absolute scam !!!

Past it's sell by date. My mom used to love this place but that was 15 plus years ago. Much of what is there is in poor condition or derelict. Looks like another place that will have a small exclusive housing development built on it in the not too distant future.

I absolutely love this place. Its very natural and peaceful. Not like the usual day trip garden centre! Somewhere to buy excellent quality plants from someone with years worth of knowledge. They have a really great selection of unusual lettuce, herbs, tomato, courgette, cucumber, brassica etc so perfect if you want to grown your own for summer.
