My experience with Oakdale dental was beyond exceptional. From my first consultation, the entire team, starting from the ladies at the front to the dentist, Dr Heya made me feel so welcome and they were quite polite too. My second appointment was even better. It was a procedure with Dr. Nik Petrov. He made me feel so comfortable during the procedure and made made I wasn't in too much pains, despite the discomfort in my tooth ,the nurse that was with him as well felt so warm, she kept comforting me that I almost forgot I was in pains . I will definitely keep visiting Oakdale Dental 🙂

I visited Oakdale today for a hygiene appointment with Steph- she was absolutely amazing! I’m quite a nervous patient but Steph was very gentle and well spoken, she guided me through using interdental brushes and how to keep my wisdom teeth clean. Brittany was lovely and welcoming! They both kept me at ease during my appointment. 10/10 service from all the staff at Oakdale!

Oakdale dental was the best dental experience I’ve had in my life! I had to do quite an amount of work in my teeth including fillings, root canals, crowns, cleaning, whitening and in the end the result is amazing! The process needed time and effort but my dentist Harvinder Chahal and my hygienist Daisy Turner were really supportive and reassuring and went step by step with my all the way! I finally have the smile of my dreams! Many thanks Oakdale Dental!

Professional, polite and personable, Oakdale are clearly redefining how dental practices are run. I guess I would be classed as a relatively 'new patient' to the practice, however, it has been 9 months since my initial visit- therefore I'm well placed to share my review with you (which is something I NEVER do); unless I think it's truly deserved. Ahead of my sisters engagement celebration, I was pestered by her to book in at a dentists for a hygienist appointment. A quick google search and I found the guys and was impressed by the services offered via their website. I opted for the 'Airflow' treatment which is relatively new treatment and was impressed how quickly an appointment was offered. Initial visit(remember it was towards the end of October), I felt as if I had walked in to a John Lewis Christmas advert....folks this place is plush!!!! Welcomed with a warm, friendly smile (and a selection of warm festive inspired drinks); they could put Starbucks to shame! It's a very calming and relaxing atmosphere and from the moment you walk-in, you're welcomed like a member of the family. I met with the wonderful Daisy ( Dental Hygienist) and she explained in-detail, how the Air Flow process works. She is clearly very passionate about dental health as well as patient care. After some very friendly (but firm) words of advice about my gum health, I was sent on my way and asked to come back 6 months later. Recently, whilst abroad on business; I noticed a high level of sensitivity/pain related to a teeth towards the back of my mouth. Having that 'something-doesn't-feel right' thought, I called the practice and again was offered a visit within days of my return. My appointment was placed with Dr 'Harv' Chahal and from the moment I sat down, his cheerful and professional personality; put me at ease. Within minutes I was being sent for an x-ray and he had diagnosed the wisdom tooth issue. He explained in detail the options available to me (identifying the pro's and con's of each), enabling me to make a very informed decision. I was offered an appointment with Dr Petrov (the in-house Oral Surgeon), the very next morning; he worked his magic and said wisdom tooth, was removed. I can't commend Dr Petrov enough, he was very honest and straight-forward (but not in that over-bearing kinda-way) about which would be the best option and also recovery time etc. Unfortunately, I had a mild infection as a result of my wisdom tooth removal- something which was explained as a possibility (in great detail); by both Dr Chahal and Dr Petrov. A quick call to the practice and my antibiotics were ready for collection within the hour....that's what I call real quality patient after-care! I've been advised that I could benefit from a 'night guard,' to help avoid further damage caused by grinding of my teeth (at night funnily enough) and i'm opting for the teeth whitening treatment as well (which I may share another review) in the near future highlighting how things have progressed. Obviously, I pay for all of my treatments and therefore the costs have certainly mounted-up for all of the aforementioned, however, Oakdale does offer a dental plan...which I have opted for. This is one area that I do feel needs to be reviewed, as you can't benefit from the discounts until 6 months of subscription has passed. It's something I will pick-up with the practice owner, as I feel if you've been a patient for several months already and come in for more treatment (as a paying patient), there needs to be a case by case review. It would be unfair of me to end this review without mentioning the fantastic team of dental assistants that are there in the background, supporting all of the aforementioned individuals in my review. All of whom are very attentive and greet you with a friendly smile (and the reassurance you need when you're having your wisdom tooth removed...special thanks to Jenna). Looking forward to starting the next chapter of my dental story (sorry if this reviews ended up reading like one), and hopefully much brighter, whiter teeth!

To say I was nervous before today's appointment, would be an understatement. However, both Nik and Hannah went above and beyond you reassure me through out. They were, calming, friendly and patient. Also, the décor of the whole surgery is phenomenal.

following a recent implant and crown I would describe my experience as perfect. From start to finish, both Dr Alif Moosajee and his most reassuring dental Nurse Hannah ensured I was treated with compassion and respect. The practice cannot do enough to help, friendly and welcoming. I was offered assurance all through my appointments and treatment. As an anxious patient I can honestly say I was helped to calm down and relax. The results are fantastic, this practice will not settle for anything less than perfect.
