Nice park to live. Ok, been here a few months. Nice park as long as you don't have cats. It's 10mph round the park but not a lot of people stick to it. I have 2 cats and scared to death that they will get run over. These rules are not maintained. I am not impressed and wish I knew this before I bought my new home. Rubbish.
