This was my first chosen local estate agency and after 14 years I'm pleased to say that I still use thier servies and have never went to another agency, and rightfully so. The professionalism, customer service as well as customer care has always been the deciding factor to keep returning. I've found Mr Abrar to be very genuine, sincere, thoughtful and usually goes the extra mile. Diligent and rather apt in his customer service. I have to say the service was great, i had to cancle on the last minute twice yet they still didnt turn me down and still took interest in me, where as most others wouldnt entertain you if you cancled twice. Very professional, make sure the property was the right one for your budget and not just try and sell a house. Would defo use them again if ever needed

My experience with these letting agents have exceeded expectations. Being a female with little to none experience or knowledge of this industry meant i was very reluctant and unsure about processes and procedures of letting a property. Everything was explained to me step by step and i was always made to feel comfortable and confident in the service I received. The staff are very professional, responsive and always keep you informed. I would highly recommend Oak Tree Estates if you want a 5 star service!!!
