I’ve had to bring a family member for their appointments a few times, each time i have found staff regarding parking very rude, they own a blue badge and despite it being on full display and parking within the 1 allocated parking space,a member of staff rudely told me I was blocking her in,who wasn’t parked in any sort of parking space and was parking in front of other cars. This isn’t the first time I have had staff ask me to move the car or have said I’m at fault when I am parking where I should be,and displaying all the right documents.I wouldn’t even of been apposed to moving for her to get out if she had asked with a nicer tone and bed side manner.

Have only ever had positive experiences with iCash Norwich, the reception staff are always attentive, the nurses are lovely and inform you of your care well, and I have never found it hard to book an appointment on the phone when needed. So glad Norwich has iCash!

My GP surgery referred me to them as they no longer offer contraceptive services. Spoke to the most unfriendly, obstructive person possible. I appreciate the NHS is under immense pressure but this person was just plain rude.

I spoke to one of the nurses (Sam, I think) on the phone about getting my implant removed and she was so helpful! Went through the whole process with me and double checked that i could have someone in there with me. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation, she really put me at ease

The staff are excellent but the system to access the clinic is appalling. You can only ring at 9am (so I was late to work) and be on hold for 10-15 minutes, only to be told there will be a call back in my case, for follow up treatment. I waited from 9.15 to 4.40 with my phone glued to my side for the call - 7.5 hours not taking my eyes off the phone, not being able to drive in case the doctor called - then unable to wait any longer I drove to my Mum's. And missed a call at 4.45 !*?!*! I rang the clinic back asap - again on hold for 15 minutes - and was told I'd have to start all over again at 9am tomorrow and that I should have answered the call. Why is it so hard to access basic health care? If you no longer offer walk in you should make it a lot easier to speak to someone; instead you have to put your life on hold in the hopes you might get to talk to a medical person about the health problem you're experiencing. So frustrating!

This happened a few months ago but is impacting me now so feel the need to share this... the consultant I saw lied to me outright about the criteria for PrEP and told me I wasnt eligible for it (I absolutely am). Now I am likely going to have to wait longer for my monkeypox vaccine because I wasnt able to get on it there and then. This is unethical and I do feel that he likely took an instant disliking to me played into his decision to tell that lie/refuse treatment. Posted on a pseudonymous account for the sake of anonymity.
