This is a waste of my time but just to put it out there. I didn't remove my last post about oaklodge I meant every word of it guys. Someone reported it and it was removed. I was informed the other day that it went around the place about my review and I'm glad. It would have been the gossip for the week. It would have left one of the poor employees alone from the rubbish support they don't receive. When I worked there I spoke to manager about how we worked hard always under staffed but she wasn't interested. She pretended to be and slatted the head of my department at the time yet two minutes later she'd be happy as Larry with that person. That's the real reason why I left. My head of department want all that bad but she lost her way abit. But when ur pushed left right and centre and being told 15 different things I can see why but once the manager of the home started slagging her staff off about how they know what they are like and yet being nice to there face I knew it was time to leave as nothing could pull that home out the hole it was in. As as for the rating I'm not surprised. If I knew I had a inspection of get a extra 15 staff for that day too. I'd say the staff care staff and most the nurses make sure people are safe but conditions and expenditure of the home is disgusting and it's a false advertisement as the don't get what they need and they pay through the roof. And how can anyone respect a manager who slags of employees children about how there ears are big or how well there children are behaved her words were "momgrals" I'm entitlied to a opinion and I've not lies it the truth. Avoid not a nice place
