Placed an order for a £1700 furniture set online. Delivery was set to be between 23/05/23 and 04/06/23. Keep ringing for an ETA delivery date to be told we’ll take your details and call you back. Where’s my returned phone call?? Decided to do some digging into this company online and seen numerous negative 1 star reviews whereby people haven’t received their orders. I’m not holding out much hope at all. I should’ve done my research but I’ll give benefit of doubt for now. If it’s not here shortly then I’ll be claiming a refund.

Do not order from this company. The time from order to delivery is literally months, the furniture is poor quality and overpriced. I would say the pallet that the furniture arrives in is of equal quality to the furniture itself. Communication is non existent and you won’t be able to get updates on your order. The delivery service they use is not as advertised, there were not 2 people to lift the box and also no notification that the delivery was arriving. It just randomly appeared one day, months after I had completely given up on the order which was highly inconvenient.

I would not recommend this company. I spent £1700 on garden furniture on 22nd February and haven't heard a single thing from them since! Delivery should have been between 7-10 days. I've called twice and been assured that the warehouse would call to arrange delivery - but they didn't. I'm losing patience now as it's a lot of money.

I love this day bed!! Looks very chic and is incredibly comfortable, especially when you add some duvets. We have had to tweak it here and there - things like fastening the curtains down other wise they blow in and let the rain in; we've also tied the curtains more tightly down at the sides of the day bed, again to keep them more secure. I just wish it was rain proof! I know it's a woven effect so unfortunately rain can get in, but I'm desperately trying to think of ways to make it more waterproof, overall I'm VERY pleased with it. The communication from the company was great, they were very patient with all my questions, and delivery was very smooth - delivered right when they said it would be.

This is the first time we have ever… This is the first time we have ever dealt with Oak Furniture House; it won't be the last. I can not praise this Company enough Natasha has worked above and beyond her duties, we have had first-class service from choosing our goods and changing our minds and this was not a problem at all to her. Natasha knew that we were on a tight schedule for delivery and went out of her way to make several telephone calls for this to happen. I would just like to say a big thank you and for you to know how appreciative we were for your kind help in this matter. If anyone out there is thinking of using Oak Furniture House please do not think twice as the service is second to none.

Very pleased indeed I ordered an oak wine rack, the quality and price are excellent, the delivery was efficient and I was kept updated along the way, drivers unpacked it and even took the packaging away. I'll definitely buy it again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We bought Maze Rattan – Chelsea Lifestyle Suite. It came with square table instead of round one. And without cushion. So in fact it's useless. We are trying to solve this issue for couple of months. Without success. We were offered some discount, but it's not acceptable, 'cause it's not possible to use the product as sunbed. We asked to change it for another product, but without any response. We will give another try, but if fails, I see there only one solution: lawsuit.
