A real gem; small, very well stocked, family business, conveniently located (with parking) on the A21. Beautifully laid out with real flair and imagination. Wonderful selection of healthy, well tended plants, shrubs and trees (old favourites and some more unusual plants/varieties). A real delight. Competitively priced. Nothing is too much trouble - the friendly owners offering welcome advice and suggestions. Highly recommended 😊. We will definitely be making Oak Cottage Plants our favourite local nursery and will be back, for some summer bedding plants and shrubs, just as soon as our new garden is ready! Well worth a visit.

Was passing by a year ago and decided to stop and have a look. The owners were so helpful a proper small family run business. I ordered several hanging baskets and various other plants. Much to my amazement the baskets was outstanding. Have returned again this year and ordered again and much much more. Little gem of a find.

Today I struck lucky and found this gem of a nursery. I was greeted with a welcomed smile. I couldn’t help looking at the wonderful array of plants and flowers in the greenhouse- all impeccable, well cared for and healthy, I took no time to make my selection, and some! Not too only does this place offer some fabulous plants, shrubs and flowers, the owner has a wealth of knowledge and advised what to select and if it would do well in our garden and where best to plant it and how to maintain it. I’m thrilled with my purchases and can’t wait to get these planted. The kind owner also advised me he could get any plants I’d seen or was after and just to give him a call. If you’ve not been here yet, it’s definitely worth a trip out. Parking at the front. Off the A21
