Holly was very proffesional and sold me a brand new z fold 4. Very delighted. Offered me to pay my old s21 plus for 541 and i sold my old phone for 240 and 250 was the offer to recycle old on top top of the 240. So 50 pounds i have a new new phone new air pods and I only pay 22 punds more a month. I also can swap for new phone anytime. Holly is brilliant. Hope she is an area manager soon
