I’m so happy with the new phone and the service I received at this place. I’d lost my iPhone, there was a problem to get through my O2 accounts for buying a new one and transferring all data to new phone. Unfortunately I had forgotten my Apple ID and iCloud ID too. Few people at different O2 brunches had tried already without success. I was so lucky to meet DK who’s an advisor working at this brunch. He’s so knowledgeable, expert, helpful, caring and generous with his time to find a solution. Many thanks to DK and the team at this store.

Please do not let them talk you into setting up Virgin media with them!!! They said they would get my Virgin internet delivered before my other one was disconnected they lied. I have to have 2 days without internet now and I have to work from home! This was the manager as well. DO NOT get Virgin media with them no matter what they say! They will say anything to get you on board.
