I went in with an issue with my new phone set up, purchased through O2 onlline. The gentleman stated that the phone set up would have asked for a code which it did not and inferred I was a liar. I went and paid 40.00 pound for a factory reset at a mobile repair shop and then went to Havant O2 and had 100% perfect service from the manager there.

Awful shop the staff don’t have a clue what there doing lie about things that are completely irrelevant to the issues. Had a supposed brand new iPhone 14 the battery was from a imported phone not even an iPhone one so the supposed brand new phone was not genuine. Said it needed a update for a battery to charge and then tried to say it’s the plug 😂wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone
