I hate that shop I brought a phone and a sim card for 10 pounds I brought back the phone still in the box and I was told they keep the sim card even though I paid for it I told the manager and she said I would receive it within 28 days this was nearly 2 months ago I am taking it further I have a contract o2 by the wayby the way the women staff are great I want my 10 back

My self and my wife visited the Trafford center and was served by Dominic. He was super helpful and made us feel at ease there wasn't any pressure on us to upgrade of get any extras. We did in the end upgrade both phone and the service was outstanding.
