    Worst experience ever. The two gentleman at the counter had no respect for customers or staff and chose to speak Ill of customers when they were not present. Spoke down to me as if they knew their information but presented as staff who were very ignorant. Horrible experience. Will never go again. The female collègue was very helpful. I have respect for her as she has to work with those two.

    Terrible customer services young blonde boy was working with air pods in I’ve never seen it did not ask me if I needed help or anything just pointed to Samsung galaxy fold. Maybe they just don’t like black people or they assumed I was there to rob them also I was very emotional and not one person asked to see if I was okay regardless of the situation

    TLDR: They can’t help/ won’t help If you’ve got an issue, you’re better off calling customer service rather than dealing with the staffs in person. They can’t do anything to solve your issues, I quote from what looks like the store manager, “otherwise we’ll have a long queue all the way out the store”. Stinky attitude from manager, made me want to leave o2 even though I wasn’t planning on it before the visit.

    Air conditioning was broken in Dec & still broken 3rd Jan. Had no offers in-store, best to shop online & get your items posted to you. Some very helpful staff, others not.... probably cos of the uncomfortable working conditions

    Only two staff and both busy. No apology offered as to the wait. When asked they were busy. Firstly if customers waiting it's only polite to apologize and ask if they are able to wait and secondly if they are that busy close the shop until there are staff available. Deeply unimpressed.

    I attended on the 29/09/22 to swap from PAYG to Sim only, a supposedly simple task. I spoke with Kristain who went through the procedure and assured me the swap would be complete quickly. Alas after two days of no service on either my PAYG sim or my new monthly plan I phoned O2 it would appear that he failed to submit the change. Very poor service and when I queried that lack of service on both Sims with the manager he was disinterested at best. After 11years I’ve left O2 and moved to another provider
