Sent from O2 helpline who told me my O2 shop in touchwood would unlock my phone but girl said she could not do it and sent me to Pocket Geek shop who were closed I got it done in the high street who were very helpful and professional not like the unhelpful O2 shop

Visited o2 Touchwood. The 2 female staff totally ignored me whilst chatting and ‘ messing with wires’ by display. After a few minutes one had the courtesy to acknowledge I was stood there but the attitude of both was apathetic and unhelpful. I’m sorry to say that the one female looked like she had just got out of bed and forgot to comb her hair. O2 this is a poor representation of your brand. Customer service should be a priority.
