Really poor service Lack of knowledge-incorrect information I was told I absolutely could not make calls from turkey Couldn’t tell me when my data renewed When I tried to add more dat was told that I would have to do it everyday Tried to upswell me virgin broadband when I had only gone in to see about use in turkey Told me to phone the call centre as she couldn’t help me Have been with o2 for years and have never changed as customer service was always great Will be going elsewhere at renewal Also had problem when phoned call centre with staff who was impatient and kept repeating the same thing and not answering my questions All in all a very poor frustrating experience Business lost
