Wanted to upgrade and made the awful decision to come to this shop which was on a Friday. First of got there at 2:10pm but there was a sign on display “gone to Lunch, be back at 3pm” so had to wait for almost an hour. When the finally open there was an awful smell of wet dog inside plus by the look on their faces it looked like they just woken up. Worst, they were unable to help me with the he upgrade but made me believe it was done! Horrible experience! Never again!
