    Poor service when we went to buy a SIM card for a friend. Staff was rude when we asked whether we could pick the phone number (as this has always been available to us at other places selling O2 SIM cards) and refused to do so.

    Very mixed experiences with this shop. One excellent adviser, who takes care not to sell unnecessary products - but otherwise, very poor service, very poor communication. I personally would not recommend this particular branch.

    Such a bad service in this place. I went up 3 times. Still didnโ€™t get a service. Staff not friendly and if you have a limit of your time this place is not for you. I wish I could leave O2 now because the service are so bad even in call centre.

    In order to get help in this store you have to wait minimum an hour and also if you try to book an appointment for another day in order to avvisi waiting just in store it is not possible. Also they have a person taking names in the entrance which does absolutely nothing else .

    On a recent trip to UK I dropped into this outlet to merely explore my options for having a phone during my visit. As I entered I was immediately received and greeted very pleasantly by Finn. He listened to my reasons for my visit and immediately suggested that my needs would be best met through a special offer O2 had that week. As I agreed with his conclusions I asked if he would set up my phone as , being a baby boomer, Iโ€™m not as versed as I felt certain he was. I was delightfully surprised with Finnโ€™s pleasant and professional manner in helping me out after fully and accurately understanding my needs. Weโ€™ll done Finn and O2, from a very satisfied customer ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™
