Been waiting to post about my experience 19/04/2023. I walked in with my mother, for a topup and to check her phone since it was having network issues. The shop was empty that afternoon except for two workers talking at the back. A man approaches us asks us what we need help with. She didn't even get to explaining the latter point of our visit. He interjects rudely and condescendingly directs us to go to Morrisions whilst ushering us towards the door! While the woman remains sat at the back of the store scrolling on her phone. We are locals, we know where flipping Morrisions is - what so we can't get an o2 topup in at an ACTUAL o2 store?! I'm still fuming and will avoid going back for any reason. If you aren't satisfied with your job, quit! Don't apply for jobs when you have no customer service skills and lack decent manners.

Just received the most appalling customer service here. After wasting hours trying to purchase an item online and via customer service, I came in to pick up an order that I told would be there for me (having been assured on the phone by shop staff yesterday), only to discover that a) it wasn't there, b) no one had any clue where it was, and c) no one in store would do anything to solve the problem. Paulina (manager) was rude and belligerent and did absolutely nothing to help a very frustrated customer - she even flat-out refused to pick up the phone to O2. Extremely frustrating.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paulina, the manager, was rude, she refused to even try to help sort out an huge mess up by her store, and she seemed to delight in being unhelpful and wielding her power in her little fiefdom.
