One of the worst store in the Camden in terms of customer service I lost my sim, been there for replacement Chinese guy lock my account and not happy to help me. They even don’t no what is customer service. Just doing the job and getting paid for it. I wish I give them 0 star I resolved the problem by help center. Why they open this store if they are useless to help customers.

Camden high street O2 store have the worse customer service, their staff are poorly trained, they have no idea what they are doing half of the time. If you need help with your item or buying something from click and collect don’t send it there, buy it from somewhere else or send it home. I would rate them zero customer service in particular one of their staff Mariam.
