The staff in this shop are exceptional and do what they can and more BUT the company need a lot to be desired. been waiting now for 2 weeks to be able to use my new o2 ported sim and the back room staff at o2 just do not respond when promised but as others have said quick to take your money. In short do not move to o2 there is no customer service away from the shop

I was blown away by the customer service received from James and his team at the Havant 02 Store, Havant Meridian Centre. The whole experience of updating and transferring data to my new phone was a very pleasant one.
