    I popped into The Harlow store on Friday 23rd December last week and have to say I was very impressed by the customer service I received. I was greeted by a pleasant young chap named Bayley . He was polite and friendly at all times . I explained to him that I was only looking to change tariffs and he could not have been more helpful . He found me a much better deal for what I wanted .He also told me about new Broadband offers available and new phone deals etc but at this time i did not need these particular services. In a time where good customer service is hard to find I have to say it was refreshing to come across a young man who spoke with such confidence and had good manners and this should be rewarded .

    I would like to highlight how great the customer service was in this particular store. I originally visited for an upgrade and went through the process a couple of times, which were incorrectly processed. This ensued in my account being frozen and unable to upgrade at all. Which the store themselves and customer services were unable to resolve. Obviously not the best experience to start as this left me unable to process anything regarding my account upgrade for a week or so. However the service during this period was second to none. Sam the assistant manager of the store, escalated it as quickly as he could and even took my number and updated me himself every day on the situation. As soon as it was possible to process again, i returned to get it done, where Sam himself took the time to process my order personally to ensure it was done on this occasion. I certainly appreciate the effort that went in to getting my issue resolved and honestly can't fault the store. I'm now writing this from my brand new shiny device. It's certainly nice to see that not all customer service is dead and buried. Thanks again Sam 👍👌

    Last time I visited I had the most amazing guy I think he was the manager but today was so so bad. Went in with my daughter there was no staff! A guy took my number said he would text in half an hour when it was my turn. And hour passed and I walked back in because my carpark ticket was running out, to which he shouts over "oh sorry I forgot to text you!" I then asked the employee who dealt with me (long hair) about the o2 customer discount which is clearly stated online and my sister just received it to which he argued with me for 15 minutes and was adamant it was NOT a thing! Finally mentioned the only way of doing it was to add someone onto an account...to my confusion I asked well can I not just do that then?? (Baffled as to why he didn't mention it straight away) then when sat at the desk he proceeded to try and sell me 12gb for £12 per month and 20gb for £20?? Luckily I'd checked whilst they sent me away the 1st time and seen online 160gb for £20 which is quite abit different!!! So not only was he trying to not give me a discount as a current customer he was trying to rip me off aswell!!! If this is how you treat your loyal o2 customers i have no words....im absolutely raging about this customer service and won't be recommending o2 to anyone ever again.

    I was met at the door by a bright enthusiastic young man asking if he could help. After explaining the problem I had with my phone he got another guy over to help. He was helpful, polite and patient and soon had the phone sorted out. It was a real pleasure to go into this store and be treated so nicely and to get my problem sorted in such a nice manner. Thank you guys
