First time buying a modern iPhone/android and being elderly, somewhat confused as to what to buy, how to use etc. Young lady, Indraja, spent an hour talking me through options and eventually made the sale. She was excellent, patient, informative, polite and sympathetic to the fact that I wear hearing aids and sometimes missed what she said, (background noise from other customers). The staff were very helpful considering that I do waffle on a bit, if I had my device with me I might of got it sorted, but what I was told not only made sense it also helped me in other methods to fix the issue! Just keep up this customer service unlike another O2 store I went to!
