O2 cut my service off because my daughter was put on hold by one of this government helpline for 48 mins. The link provided was not very helpful. So I went into the store. Big Mistake. It felt like getting into a Catherine Tate sketch but not in a good way. O2 should seriously review the training of their staff. In the meantime, you might want to consider other alternatives such as EE.

Over the top with the two metres set up the two male staff need to go on a customer service refresher course, and one off them needs a hearing test, the young lady was a lot better and more Professional.

Lovely place, the staff are incredibly helpful. Did my samsung upgrade there, and though they can't do transfers at the moment, they did their best to advise me how to do it from home. Will definitely be going back!
