When I initially purchased the product (charger), the staff at O2 were exceptionally nice. However, when the device malfunctioned, they refused to repair or replace it, despite the fact that Samsung's website clearly states that the retailer is responsible for the warranty. According to O2 in city centre they will replace the product only if we bring it within 2 weeks.. It was disappointing . It is a good place to buy the products, but if you face an issue with it, you may find yourself with limited options and forced to pay for repairs out of pocket. Unfortunately, in this case, the service provided by O2 was one of the worst I've experienced and Never to O2 again

I visited store to ask to be moved from a business to personal contract . A month later I have now been charged for both business and consumer contracts . I have called the store no one answers . They have taken my money promised to change everything over and done nothing. I will be visiting store to seek compensation

I’ve called multiple times on landline number to check some info but none answered the call. If the number is not working then the number should be removed from Google as it will literally waste time for the ones who are looking for immediate help/solution.

I have just left the o2 shop bullring with my wife, with a simple query which they were unable to solve. The lady put me on the phone to customer service in which I waited a 20 minute queue whilst she disappeared to no longer be able to help me. Meanwhile during me asking for help she was sitting on her phone on Snapchat whilst my husband was using his phone to call o2 customer services also. She was not asking relative questions to my account which needed immediate attention she was more interested in talking about eyelashes. The other gentleman who had to be called to help was equally as useless. After sitting in the o2 shop for 45 mins on the phone to o2 customer services told me he would not be able to resolve the problem.
