My mum data ran out, does not use Google or anything until at home and through WiFi which is free from data use, was told you use data while walking around, never heard such rubbish, if that happened to my ill use all my data in a week, was also told to turn it off while out, it's a mobile, that's what it's for isn't it!!.

I am not really happy with this customer service. I would like keep my old phone number. In Andover store has been told to me just need call and I can keep it my old phone number. I called to number for customer service and they said to me in store said incorrect informations. So I lost my phone number. I do not recommending.
