Every time I go into this shop the service is either extremely excellent or absolutely awful. When the service is excellent, the members of staff take the time to explain things properly and they make a concerted effort to spend time with customers. They take an interest, which is nice to see and they are extremely knowledgeable. I do not like it when I go into the shop and a member of staff doesn't have a good level of English. I have attended the shop many times and asked for something basic and the member of staff wasn't able to communicate properly.
