Did not allow bags and had to £5 to a nearby kebab place to drop off my bag. The pick up of bag was so bad, they just leave the bag on the floor. Anyone could just pick up a bag and leave. Very bad security system, actually there’s no system at all.

Fell foul of the 'no bag bigger than A4' rule (mine was probably A3). Only option was to leave it next to the lamb gyro at the kebab shop down the road - £5 per bag. Had my work laptop in it so had to painfully walk away from the Alvvays gig last night. Please heed these rules. It sucks - London gigs for London residents only.

The security and bar staff were an absolute delight. The cloakroom staff however were a nightmare. I do have a lot of questions to the person who recruited the cloakroom staff because customer service was definitely not what they were looking for when they recruited them. I had a staff member leap across the table to yell in my face because I asked for my jacket after queuing and having a copy of my ticket on my phone. I told the staff members that I had lost my friends in the crowd and was going to miss the last train and was met with screams to security. When dealing with customer service reps you would expect to a degree of professionalism and respect but I was met with profanities, abuse and intervention from security who agreed and understood the cloakroom staff were out of order. I am now avoiding this venue and wouldn't recommend this venue.
