    Saw 'Lucy Spraggan' on Friday 12th May, and yeah, I really liked the aesthetic and feel of the venue, very atmospheric. The sound quality was also great. Good placement of two bars, and there are toilets as soon as you go in, and more upstairs. Tried to get on the balcony, but unless you are front row on the balcony, your view is very limited. We stood near the back on the ground floor, next to the sound desks, and it was a decent view - other than all the tall people that came and stood in front! But you get that anywhere. Very easy to leave, and there was a car park literally a 2 minute walk away, which has plenty of space as the venue doesn't hold massive numbers, roughly 1,800.

    Honestly best venue ever, I was meant to go to see Lucy spraggon with a friend tonight, my ten year old decided she wanted to come. I was sceptical as although she loves Lucy spraggon she has additional needs and does not cope well with noise or lots of people. I emailed the disabled access team and spoke with Becky who was incredible start to finish, she put my mind at ease and made sure my daughter had a safe space and quiet area should she need, she also made sure I as my daughters carer had seating with my daughter so as she wasn’t stood in the crowd and concerned about too many people. A few times throughout the night I went to visit Becky for information and reassurance and she was great, made myself and my daughter feel at ease. My daughter even wanted a picture with her as she was so pleased. Could not have asked for a better more accommodating venue and staff, the security were brilliant, the bar staff also very approachable and lovely. Honestly if I could rate ten stars I would, tonight has very much made me so grateful and definitely will be coming back xx
