    If I could give them zero I would, from my personal experience, it’s the worst taxi companies that I have ever dealt with, their drivers are rude and no value for customer’s satisfaction and worst of all, don’t expect any refund from them . they will try to cancel the trip and ask you to pay for a new one. I really hope they go out of business soon.

    I booked a return taxi for 8 people to pick us at 3:15am from bath to take us to the Bristol airport costing us nearly £180 which is reasonable for a return. But the driver rocked up with a 6 seater meaning we had to leave 2 people behind, it an hour’s trip to the airport one way. If this was durning the middle of the day my friends would have probably missed their flight. If it’s an important trip DO NOT USE OTS. I thank driver for going back to get my friends but OTS Taxis should’ve made sure that he was in the right vehicle in the first place. I received a £15 refund which is laughable. That doesn’t even cover one persons single journey. Imagine if this was 4pm during rush hour and the driver has to make a 3 hour round trip. You’re going to miss your flight. And you know full well OTS Taxis aren’t going to pay for that. They promised a service that wasn’t up to standard. DO NOT USE THEM
