Amazing experience with OPC after a very stressful day waiting for two different Swindon companies to respond to my emergency call due to a blocked drain. Wayne was not only professional and reassuring on the phone but also had a great sense of humour and dealt with a very blocked drain to the main sewage quickly and efficiently at 7:40pm on a Saturday in the rain, avoiding an issue which in days could have been disastrous. My bank card was with my daughter and the card reader was low on charge but no issue at all Wayne just said he would invoice me. (Very reasonably priced) When I asked for his name to give a review he commented there were two Wayne’s but wouldn’t give his surname with a cheeky laugh saying ‘they will know it’s me’. This is the type of company and person you need in a crisis when others have let you down…will always recommend OPC from now on!!! Service: Drain cleaning
