    Antony Gray of O & M and I were at a virtual meeting where I apologised that I was doing my bit of a presentation from memory because my printer had run out of ink, the cartridges it used where out of stock from the office supplies company I usually used AND the manufacturer and despite combing the internet I just could not find any. I was at my wits end as the last thing I wanted was to have to shell out for a new printer. Anthony promptly got on his white horse and came to my rescue after the meeting by emailing a link he had found through his MUCH more extensive list of consumables supplies to the EXACT cartridges I needed. I got all 4 for £14.99. This, to me is the true measure of a person - some who finds they can do something for someone else AND DOES IT knowing that person can do nothing for them in return.....so I am doing what I can Anthony, giving you a 5 star review for excellent customer service. If you went that extra mile for me folks IMAGINE what lengths he goes to for his customers when they need something!
