Your alarm has been going off for hours and this has happened many times recently. It is dreadful noise pollution disturbing local residents throughout the day and night. It is a very hot day and we can't open windows due to the horrific noise which you have failed to fix as well as being unable to sleep also. Please invest in a new and functioning alarm system for the sake of 1000s of people you are disturbing in the immediate area as whatever procedures you currently have in place are clearly not working!! Instead of designing boring, unimaginative buildings ruining the local skyline, why don't you focus on ensuring your own building is working properly instead... For every person you have selfishly disturbed with your inconsiderate ways, I wish double the worst karma on you, your staff and business.
