Very disappointed. I’m a very nervous patient and I rang up twice and double checked that sedation would be offered to which I was repeatedly told yes, there’s lots of options. I was not informed of the price of my treatment either I had to ring back again to check. When I arrived the dentist lady was not patient with me whatsoever, she was clearly getting quite annoyed with me and made me feel a lot worse to the point I totally burst out in tears and she just said “there’s no need to be that upset” no calming way from her at all. And no sedation available so I was referred to bhandals. I was in the chair with the woman for less than 2 minutes and she charged me £22 to count my teeth and tell me to go to bhandals, I wasn’t even offered a scale and polish which should have been included. She was unable to X-ray me because my mouth is too small and she was just so impatient and unacommodating I should have just left I don’t know why I paid, I’ll be asking for a refund
