I had a really good experience with Donovan's. In particular Steph who helped me with my skip rental and was efficient and very easy to deal with. She was very proactive, saving me a whole weekend by procuring the skip licence quickly, no "computer says no" attitude like a lot of places these day. Refreshing. Would definitely recommend. Nasty people!! Came to get rid if some waste. a lady cslled Stephanie, at reception being in the mood was talking like I owed her something. Incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant so turned away. 6 years ago they cleared a yard for me and had great experience but this time is just unacceptable.
