I ordered 10 x 12 bottles of mineralwater in September. Got 7 boxes a few weeks later, 1 had broken and was replaced but 2 never made it and despite my continued efforts to remind them or get a refund, another 2 months later nothing has happened. Andy kept say8ng he will sort it but never did. Unacceptable and incompetent. Never again.
