The people and staff are overall very nice love the vibe and atmosphere however I suggest never going to go get your hair done by Nicolas he’s very kind but simply bad at coloring for hair I asked for blond highlights on virgin and healthy hair. I ended up both lots of breakage and grey hair. You can’t even see the blonde it honestly looks awful. He said he could fix it next time but seeing as my hair is breaking when I pull my hair even slightly that’s not likely to happen. Honestly quite disappointed especially considering this is supposed to be a great hairdresser Service: Hair coloring

The best hair experience in Chelsea. Michael's team are at the top of their skillset and being in the salon raises your vibration - happy atmosphere, lovely plants and decor and there is fun and laughter. Pets are welcome, love seeing how they too enjoy the hair styling experience - even though it is for their owner and not them! It is a truly special salon, I drive 250+ miles to be there. I am absolutely speechless at quite how fantastic this salon is. Starting from the welcoming environment from the front door to the service throughout! The atmosphere in the salon is absolutely second to none! It’s evident the love and care that’s gone into it throughout. The staff are not only helpful but some of the best professionals I think I’ve personally witnessed. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. A real treat which sometimes can feel as a bit of a chore. The owner is a real treat to speak to and even more or an asset to his business. Thank you for your kind words! I had a massage and the therapist was so clued on you instantly feel at ease. She was so knowledgeable and attentive. Not only relaxing but remedying. She knew it all! I genuinely could go on but I will refrain. However should you have the chance to go to the salon please do not hesitate. Even as an experience or a treat. Something that can’t be missed. Can’t wait to go back !
