I have had it with nxwm the drivers are disgusting have no manners, they drive pass u when they are empty, they swear at kids, moody u can't even ask a question with out them shouting and to top it off if u complain to the conductor they always take the bus drivers side not to mention we pay all this bus fare for a smelly dirty buses they don't care about the well being or safety of the customers tht use this service if I carried on the way these bus drivers did in my job I would have been fired people need to start making complaints this cannot go on.

Most of the bus timetables are accurate and I believe we have a very well developed bus system compared to other areas / countries, however there is still a large delay and failure to arrive rate which sometimes can mean being late to work, especially when certain buses run only once per 30 minutes, and others every 5 minutes.

I’ve been waiting for the 28 bus to greatly Barr and the 2.44pm,never came the 3.56 pm bus never came and the 16.08 hasn’t come who do you ring to find out if the bus is still running as the numbers I’ve got say not open till Monday this is disgusting service I’m waiting here with my baby in the cold but you don’t care it was the same last Sunday waited 1,hour and 50 minutes Snd I ask the driver why are bus missing He was rude and drove like a nutcase The 16.20pm bus hasn’t come it’s very Bad service if you are not coming you should put it on the electronic sign then at least people know and no hanging around in the cold I would like an explanation when you return to work on Monday .
