Bought my outboard motor from Nick today and what a fantastic experience for my wife and i when we collected it from is premises. I ordered this outboard from Nick a few weeks back and from the first conversation by telephone this guy as been first class. considering the pandemic and brexit resulting in the slowing down of outboards coming available, Nick was true to is word and delivered on time. i would thoroughly recommend Nick as is knowledge and experience plus enthusiasm shines threw. we arrived at 09.30 and did not leave until gone 11.00 due to Nick explaining everything with the running in of the new outboard and making sure we had no issues. outboard had already been prepped and ready to go. This is what i call old skool customer service at its best. 5 stars does not seem enough, i shall be using Nick for all my outboard needs as he gives a totally professional service with extra thought for the customer, its great to have a local company (midlands) at my disposal.

Took 2 skis in for diagnostic work, came out with a bill for 2 full services which had been done a month before which didn't need doing and I didn't ask for. Took my prop in for repairs - still had chips missing out of it. I then took it to jetshed and they said it hadn't been touched.... Felt totally ripped off and would never go here again. Phoned for an update and he answered the phone with "WHAT?". No thanks - I now travel 4 hours to Jetshed who I trust.
