    Can't offer direct debit accounts for customers with less than 3 year UK address history. Took my initial monthly payment then refused on the grounds I used to live overseas. Advised it would take 5 days to refund me. Poor marketing material and advertising I had to ask a 1000 questions to work out how to set up account and now this. Update 5/12/22 -still no apology. Renewed statement it takes 5 days to return a direct debit. It’s now 3 days since my complaint so that’s an 8 day turnaround to give me my money back

    Ordered and paid, told a very quick delivery date by a ‘keen’ salesman. Order was actually delivered one week later than promised. A lesser amount was delivered than I had paid (in advance) for. Over one month later and I am STILL chasing the refund. Best I’ve been promised so far is a credit note! Found them dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional.

    This company has let me down badly. I placed an order on 23 Feb through BoilerJuice. On receiving confirmation I immediately contacted NWF to point out that the order was on a standard tanker even though I had ordered a 4 wheeler. Reception said they would amend the order appropriately. When the the order came out on 8 March, it was on a standard tanker, the driver called me to say he would re-arrange it on the appropriate vehicle. BoilerJuice then contacted me to say NWF did not have a 4 wheel tanker. I rang NWF, they said they had one and would re-arrange delivery. BoilerJuice then emailed me to say delivery by NWF would be on or before 23 March in the correct smaller tanker. When this delivery failed to arrive I rang NWF, only to be told that they could not fulfil my order as the small tanker is too busy. So after a month I am now left without oil and seriously out of pocket. Looking at my phone log I have had at least 19 calls with NWF and still have no oil! Appalling service!

    Awful order due on or before the 11th Feb didn't arrive said building materials in the way there is no building work going on then said refuse to come out until cleared never had a problem with ANY other company AVOID customer service poor!!!!!

    I reluctantly moved fuel supplier to NWF when they were offering really good fuel rates. I started using them and the rates on my invoice weren't anywhere near what were offered. Stay well clear, they are absolute liars.

    12/11/21 back again trying to order kerosene won’t return phone calls/answer phone messages back even left message with main number for them to call us back now joy gone to RIX FUELS now and cancelled the direct debit with them 2/10/21Won’t answer the phone won’t reply to answer phone messages when you do get through they say will ring back on the status of the order but don’t been chasing an order for 5 days and the order was made well over a week ago poor service very poor service
