He also provided a detailed report. Very knowledgeable in his field.     I found NWD through the Internet. I spoke to Nigel about my son's telly which was playing up, it was only 17 months old. Nigel looked over it, but due to covid the parts were not available it was a manufacturers issues. Nigel provide a report to show to Argos. They refunded me the full amount of the TV on to a gift card and reimbursed me the cost of the report. Nigel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.
