I've been using NW4 motorcycles for a number of years now and am continually looked after so well. I've had Honda Hornets and now a new Triumph Street Triple. Great for checking over my bike, new tyres, installing new mods and servicing. Nothing ever a problem, they are quick and affordable and lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend..5 stars...!!!

Had purchased a second hand Sym Jet 14 second hand from a private seller but after only 3 months of riding, issues started cropping up and then the all deadly engine malfunction light finally came on. I had brought to a local garage at first, but they did not end up resolving the issue. I had then found NW4 Motorcycles via the Sym website and honestly, they are an absolute charm! In regards to Sym bikes, they really know their stuff, even though I'm not mechanically inclined, they explained the issues that were happening with my bike and charged an appropriate fee to rectify it. In my case, it appears that my cabling was put in wrong and that there was another issue also (though sadly, can't quite recall what they said)! If this was from the local garage or from the previous owner, I have no clue. However, the best part was, I called them in the morning and they were able to get it all sorted for me by the evening (though, please note, the work I needed fell on the simpler side, if you've got major works to be done, it might not be the same case). When I was calling other Sym approved service areas, none of them could even inspect the bike till the following week! I can for sure say that I'll be back here as long as I have this Sym bike for any maintainance work it needs!

I took my piaggio mp3 to them. They done a big service including drive belt, rollers, clutches, oil. Also replaced steering bearings. Not cheap, but they did a fantastic job. Very professional. When they discovered my front brake pads were nearly 0, they replaced it for free of charge without any questions.Can recommend anytime and I will return for sure!
